For our Coolers and PC Cases we offer an alternative to the full product exchange. We provide all our distributors with free spare fans. This way end customers or dealers can repair a Cooler / PC Case without sending anything back to their dealer. There is not direct Manufacturer Warranty.
Exchange complete Cooler
To get a complete exchange of the cooler, the defective one has to be sent back to the dealer respectively to the distributor. There is not direct Manufacturer Warranty.
